Return & Refund Policy

At DwaiWala, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Product must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

We do not accept returns for used/opened Herbal products due to hygiene and safety standards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email
  • Approve or reject the refund based on item condition
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless:

  • The item was defective or incorrect
  • We authorized a return shipping label

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used herbal creams, oils, capsules
  • Items bought during sale or promotion
  • Gift cards or downloadable content

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before the refund posts)
  • If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us
